ROTC National Awards

New Jersey National Defense Ribbon

Cadets that actively served within a ROTC/JROTC unit during a time that the federal National Defense Medal was actively being awarded are eligible to apply for the New Jersey National Defense Ribbon, ROTC/JROTC unit must be located within New Jersey or the cadet must now live in New Jersey (NJSG-CC Junior/Senior Members are automatically authorized this award during times that the federal National Defense Medal is actively being awarded as long as they are an active member of the NJSG-CC).

PFC. Evans Combat Action Ribbon

Cadets that actively served within a ROTC/JROTC unit and have a relative that has been Wounded In Action (WIA) or Killed In Action (KIA) may receive this award (this award is to serve as recognition and memorial to all service members who served in combat in service of the United States).
